SHIPPING POLICY

Magic Spore Labs ships only to the United States.

Products ship out within 2 business days from the time your order is placed. Shipping delays are also possible from both USPS and FedEx. All orders placed on Friday evening thru Sunday will be processed on Monday.

We use a variety of shipping carriers. We ship using FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Orders placed will generally arrive within the carrier's time frame, however, we will not be held responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Please note: The possession of Psilocybe Cubensis mushroom spores is illegal in the states of California, Georgia, and Idaho. Orders placed for shipping to these states cannot be completed.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME

We strive to get all orders received before 1 PM (PST) shipped out the next business day. 

Please note that all estimated shipping times are estimates.

UPS 2 Day Shipping: 2 business days. (fastest delivery option)

First Ground Advantagel: Varies depending on location (2-7 business days only after order processing time)

Priority Mail: Varies depending on location (1-3 business days only after order processing time)

We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays via email or the phone number you provide us during checkout.

We ship on weekdays, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or any USPS holidays. Orders received after 10:00 AM PST Friday through Sunday ship on the following Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday.

Please Note: tracking numbers are not active until the shipping provider scans the package as late as 7 or 8 PM PST.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

Orders placed before 9 AM (PST) will be delivered on the next business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days. For example, if your order ships on Friday via Overnight shipping your order will be delivered on Monday assuming Monday is not a holiday. If Monday is a holiday, your package will arrive on Tuesday.

AGE VERIFICATION REQUIRED

Due to strict regulation, we have partnered up with Age Verification, a world-class provider of online/real-time Identity Verification and Knowledge-Based Authentication Solutions to ensure all customers meet the legal smoking age of the state in which they reside.

If we are unable to verify your age, we may contact you for further verification or ship your order with the adult signature required service. Adult signature shipments need an adult 21 years of age with a government-issued ID to sign for the package.
