Haven't received my order yet due to weather delays. So can't really review this purchase. However I ordered previously and I believe I received the wrong product. I tried contacting customer service but the process and easyness isn't very good. Had to go through the chat line to start that process, which led to emailing, only to feel like it just dropped off without problem being resolved. I want to give 2 stars but I'll bump it up to 3 because they were very tasty. The substrate was sterile; so no mold. Very healthy looking fungi.
Well I've had it for about 1 week, or seems to be making mycelium. I'll have to see once it's done how that goes. The only issue i have, and why it lost a star, is the lack of clear instructions. On the website they have general instructions, which with the help of chat gpt, I was able to figure out how to do it. But if it came with even like a little paper to say what to do with certain items, that would be nice. Or to also explain what the self healing port is, and how to set it up for success.
I have not received my package yet
The kit arrived well packaged and on time. The bag has been inoculated and we are awaiting signs of mycelium growth. Will continue to update.
