Spore has had about a Q-tip and size black colonization of millions of spores. I used 3 cc per bag and then use 2 cc to clone the spores and everything worked out great. My bags are 50% colonized within 13 days even with two Cc left I still had tons of black spores that were injected into my culture kit. I highly recommend this company and I will be coming back and buying them more.

I missed my review on my two sports syringes of golden teacher. I have two very good size black spots in each syringe which means there was millions of spores in each syringe. All my bags were colonized 50% within 13 days and I cloned both of my syringes to have more spores and my cloning was successful. I see some negative reviews but if you order a sports syringe and it has a Q-tip sized black colony inside of it, that is millions of spores if you’re having an issues with that, it’s a customer error. even after inoculation and shaking my syringes vigorously, I still had millions of spores two Cc to clone

My grain is 50 percent carbonated in 11 days. I injected 4 cc into 2 pound bags and cloned the other two Cc on both syringes. This is my first time ever doing it and everything worked out very well. I find that mycelium started to grow really fast compared to what I read online and in both syringes it had a decent size black colonization in each syringe and from when I read online, the size of it meant that there was millions of spores in each syringe I highly recommend them.
